The site is located in the south east corner of the town of New Addington in the London Borough of Croydon, on the border with the London Borough of Bromley. The site is just off of an offshoot of King Henry’s Drive which is one of the main roads running through New Addington. The site incorporates an existing house at 461 King Henry’s Drive along with its back garden as well as a formerly overgrown garage site, which has since been cleared.
